Vegan Sushi

 After Visiting How Do You Roll in Austin, I decided sushi needed it's place in my life again.

Ingredients:
 2 cups cooked Sushi Rice
1 package Seaweed Paper 
5 stalks asparagus in long slices
1 Avocado spliced
1 Red Bell Pepper in Long Slices
1 Tomatoe diced
1 cucumber in long slices
1 fried egg cut in slices
1 tsp. Sesame Seeds


1 sushi mat or floppy place mat.



You can also use cream cheese, tofu skins, green onions, fruit, sprouts, etc etc.


For Dips We made a little spicy Mayo, Tamari, Wasabi, and Pickled Ginger of course. 


How do you roll offers: 
Creamy Miso, Sesame Chili Oil, Sweet Chili, Wasabi Mayo, Teriyaki, Ponzu, and Japanese Mayo. Try making your own combo. 



Preparation:
1. Place seaweed paper on sushi mat, spread out rice, put filling choices in the middle. Roll up, tightening as you go. Slice with a sharp knife. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds,  Dip and Enjoy.
